If you encounter an error displayed on your machine, try restarting it by turning it off and on again. If this hasn’t resolved the issue, please reach out to our Client Experience Team for assistance on 01256 348662 (Option 2).

  1. Check Stock Levels: If you can access your machine, start by verifying the stock levels of ingredients or cups. If they’re empty or low, top up to resolve the issue.
     
  2. Restart the Machine: If the problem persists, try restarting the machine by switching it off at the mains and then back on.
     
  3. Contact Our Client Experience Team: If neither of the above steps works, please reach out to our Client Experience Team for further assistance on 01256 348662 (Option 2).

  1. Check the Temperature: Tap the screen ten times to display the current temperature. Ideally, the temperature should be between 4-7 degrees.
     
  2. Login to the System: If the temperature falls within the ideal range and you have operator access, use the login process to engage with the machine.
     
  3. Release the Lock: Log out to prompt the option for releasing the door.

Refunds / Invoices / Sales

Please first check whether the amount was actually debited in the case of a cashless payment. Then use the QR code on the machine (available successively from 2024) or in the absence of QR code, contact us on 01256 348662 (Option 6). We will check and validate your request internally and then refund you if necessary. Note: This can take up to 7 days depending on the payment method.
