The MicroMarket at its core is a mini modular supermarket that can be adapted to suit any location. It carries a large selection of food and drinks including healthy alternatives. The solution is completely self-serve, and accessible whenever you employees need to feed that craving.
Our Foodies MicroMarket consist of an open rack display, reach-in refrigerated coolers, optional CCTV and a self-checkout kiosk. Consumers can pay using cash, credit/debit cards, device payments or with pre-paid credit on their My Market account.
All the convenience of a shop, without ever having to leave the office!
Our Account Managers will support you through the process. The elements you need to consider are:
- What type of drinks you would like to serve, eg, bean to cup coffee, instant coffee, tea?
- The location - does the size and access points limit your options?
- How many people will be using the vending machine?

We cover the whole of the UK and Ireland with our locally based Brand Ambassadors and Service Experts out of 14 depot locations. We take a partnership approach, providing you with a dedicated Account Manager to make sure the service you receive is exactly what you need (and more), informed by market trends and consumer insights.

Our Foodies MicroMarkets have a variety of payment options available. With our touch-free scanning you can pay via contactless payments or even using our smartphone app. We can also set your employees up with their own account to top up funds and pay using a company ID card or fingerprint scanner. You can even offer discounts and top-ups as company incentives, a welcome back or new starter gift to employees!
Our experience and knowledge provide efficient and flexible installations planned around you. Typically, our expert teams install the MicroMarket within a few days, dependent on your location, size and scale of the MicroMarket you choose. Yes. If you have chosen our Fully Managed Service, you can enjoy a hassle-free experience. We will fill and clean your machine, manage all cash collections and provide full technical support.
If you choose our Fully Managed Service, you will automatically enjoy our Technical Service which includes preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Alternatively, if you own vending machines and fill them yourself, you can choose to sign up for our Technical Service with full peace of mind that we will carry out all preventative maintenance required and deal with any breakdowns quickly and efficiently.

Our Account Managers will work closely with you to understand your budget and requirements – from that we build a contract that fits within your needs. Our rental plans range from 3 years to 5 years. After your equipment is installed payments are taken on a monthly or quarterly basis helping you spread the cost without having to worry about a lump sum payment. Leasing equipment also provides the flexibility of changes or upgrades to your equipment when business change occurs, or new products are released.

We have world-leading innovation in the business from MicroMarkets to Smart Fridges, and all this tech-enabled retail is allowing us to drive our business in a very purposeful way.
Telemetry is the latest technology which makes vending machines fully connected. What does this mean? We can see when our Brand Ambassador needs to visit your machine and if there are any technical issues, we can understand the issue in advance and ensure our engineers have all the parts needed to get your machine up and running as quickly as possible.

Regular meetings will be scheduled to stay connected and ensure any areas of concern can be resolved immediately.
